Return & Refund Policy

At Candora, each candle is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail.
We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used candles

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling

  • Custom or personalized candle orders

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at contact.candora@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a photo of the product, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.

You may be asked to return the item to our address in Lalitpur, Nepal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email contact.candora@gmail.com within the return period.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them if they haven’t been shipped.
Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
